Proprietor’s Cuvée Chardonnay

The Chardonnay grape is the winemaker's delight. Considered the Queen of the vinifera, Chardonnay is an adaptable grape that grows well in many conditions and responds easily to many different winemaking styles. Thus, the winemaker can impart their personal signature on the wine.

Tasting Notes

Our Proprietor’s Cuvee is a lighter style wine with rich Chardonnay character. Our "fruitiest" chardonnay, it is an easy drinking, medium bodied white wine layered with apple and pear fruit flavours. Its complexity is further enhanced by the subtle use of oak ageing. A crisp, dry finish cleanses the palate, making this a perfect companion for food.

Food Pairing
