Winemaking Notes: Culotta Cuvée Blanc is vinted from a blend of quality Ontario grown hybrid grapes. This wine received subtle oak ageing for a soft finish prior to bottling. Tasting Notes This medium bodied wine displays aromas of peach & melon with a background of citrus notes. It has a soft buttery oak flavour on the palate with moderate acidity. It is slightly off-dry and has a very soft, round finish. Subtle notes of oak ageing contributes complexity. It is a versatile wine. Food Pairing Pair with casual fare such as lightly prepared dishes such as light fish, mild chicken dishes, and afternoon sandwiches.
