| 2 1/2 oz. | Small Cask V.S.O.P. Brandy | |||||
| 1 tsp. | Sugar | |||||
| 5 | Mint Leaves | |||||
| Summer Cooler | Splash | Club Soda | ||||
| Brandy Chilly Shooter | Instructions: | |||||
| Brandy Julep | Place sugar, mint leaves, and brandy in a Collins style glass and fill with ice. Stir until mint rises to top, being carefil not to bruise the leaves. Top up with a splash of Club Soda. Garnish with a slice of pineapple, oragne or lenon and a cherry. |
