Vodka Cocktail Sauce |  |

| 2 | Tomatoes, finely chopped | |||||
| 2 tbsp. | Prince Igor Vodka | |||||
| 1 | lime, grate peel and jucie the lime | |||||
| Cocktail Sauce | 1 tbsp. | Cilantro leaves, finely chopped | ||||
| 1 tbsp. | Horseradish | |||||
| Pepper Shrimp | dash | Tabasco | ||||
| dash | Salt and Pepper to taste | |||||
| Tomato Bruchetta | 1 tbsp. | chili sauce | ||||
| Instructions: | ||||||
| Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until a chunky sauce is made. Chill in refrigerator Serve with cooked and cooled shrimp or fresh shucked oysters |
