Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce
   
Ingredients:  
     
Marinade:    
1/4 Cup Mountain Rock Whisky  
  1/4 Cup Soy Sauce  
Baked Orange Roughy 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar  
       
Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce:  
Mustard Sauce 1/3 Cup Sour Cream  
  1/3 Cup Mayonnaise  
Rock Pork Tenderloin 1 tbsp. Dry mustard  
  1 tbsp. Green Onions, chopped  
  1/2 tsp. White Wine Vinegar  
    Pinch of salt  
    Horseradish - optional  
     
  Instructions:  
     
 

Combine all the ingredients and pour in a plastic bag or bowl.
Add in the pork tenderloin. Refrigerate 3 to 6 hours and turn occasionally.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove the pork tenderloin from the bag or bowl and place in shallow roasting pan. Cook for 1 hour until the pork has reached 165 degrees basting occasionally with marinade.

Serve sliced tenderloin with the mustard sauce on the top or on the side.
