Combine all the ingredients and pour in a plastic bag or bowl.
Add in the pork tenderloin. Refrigerate 3 to 6 hours and turn occasionally.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Remove the pork tenderloin from the bag or bowl and place in shallow roasting pan. Cook for 1 hour until the pork has reached
165 degrees basting occasionally with marinade.
Serve sliced tenderloin with the mustard sauce on the top or on the side.
