Mountain Rock Whisky |

| 2 cloves |
Minced Garlic |
|

2 tsp |
Soy Sauce |

| Baked Orange Roughy |
2 oz. |
Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed |
|

2 tbsp. |
Ginger, minced or 2 tsp. dries |
|
| Pork Tenderloin with |
1/2 Cup |
Butter, melted |
|
| Mustard Sauce |
4 filets |
Fish |
|
| |
1/2 Cup |
Sesame Seeds |
|
| Rock Pork Tenderloin |
|
|
|

Instructions: |
|

|
|
| |
Wash fillets and place skin side down in Pam-sprayed baking
pan.
Pour half of the marinade on the fish and broil
for 4 minutes.
Apply the rest of the marinade and continue broiling.
Keep basting until fish becomes light brown.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds (heavily) and serve. |
