Black Stripe Rum Fondue |  |

| Ingredients: | ||||||
| 2 tbsp. | Black Stripe Rum | |||||
| 7 oz. | Semi-sweet chocolate, chopped | |||||
| 2 tbsp. | Butter | |||||
| Black Stripe Bananas | 3 tbsp. | Vanilla Yogurt | ||||
| 1/2 cup | Whipping Cream | |||||
| Rum Fondue | Fruit slices, cake cubes, cookies, | |||||
| and marshmallows for dipping | ||||||
| Instructions: | ||||||
| Place chopped chocolate in a heat proof bowl and set aside. Heat butter, yogurt, and whipping cream over medium heat, stirring to combine, until hot but not boiling. Stir in Black Stripe Rum. Pour hot cream mixture over chocolate and whisk until smooth. Pour into a heated fondue pot. Serve with fruit slices, cake cubes, cookies, and marshmallows for dipping. Serves 4 to 6. |
