Bolivar Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients:
10 oz. 3/4 Cup 1/4 Cup
Semi-sweet Chocolate Light Cream Bolivar Coffee Liqueur Sponge Cake, cut into cubes Assorted fruits, cut into cubes
Instructions:
In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate with cream over low heat. Keep stirring until smooth. Add Bolivar Coffee Liqueur.
Transfer to a fondue pot or chafing dish. Serve with sponge cake and fresh fruit.
