Eight Below Vodka Uniquely Canadian Eight Below Vodka is made with just a touch of Canada’s famous award-winning Icewine. The result is a truly Canadian vodka unlike any other. Clean and dry, with an incredibly smooth, soft finish. Proudly made in Grimsby, Ontario. The Name Eight Below takes its name from the winter temperature at which naturally frozen grapes are harvested to make Icewine. The Start Made with high quality grains, quadruple distillation, ice filtration and purified reverse osmosis water, Eight Below takes purity to the ultimate standard in vodkas. Distillation is done on small column stills. Ice filtration deep freezes the liquid to make it more viscous prior to charcoal filtration. This process removes any remaining impurities, resulting in a clean, pure taste. A subtle hint of Icewine is added to the vodka to achieve taste subtleties and soften the finish. The Finish The aroma has a soft and clean mineral character. The finish is dry, incredibly smooth, and without the heat or burn that is typically associated with vodka.
